Little Planet Inverted – straw bale in a field

Over the road from us are farmer’s fields; several of them had linseed (flaxseed) as a crop but others had barley which had only recently been harvested leaving some large round bales of straw behind. As it was sunny in the earlyish morning and the wind wasn’t too bad I walked over to the field and took another of my ‘Inverted Little Planet’ images. This is the result:

A bit different!

So that the sun wasn’t shining directly into the lens I had to have the camera quite close to the ground. I also had to keep low to ensure my shadow didn’t intrude in the image. This worked out better than I hoped!
