This month’s visit to East Ruston Old Vicarage Gardens

On Sunday we paid another visit to these wonderful gardens and, as usual they didn’t disappoint. Here is a selection of photos, starting with 3 panoramic views:

This first one is of some seats within a semicircular area towards the eastern side of the gardens.

This is the ‘potting shed’ on the exterior north side of the walled garden along with a huge amount, and variety, of plants around it:

And this is within the plant sales area (my wife just loves these willow pillars):

I liked this for the peeling bark of a eucalyptus tree:

This display of pot plants was easy to miss – my wife did!

And this archway is in the walled garden – I like the way it both frames the image and draws the eye into it:archway
