Baling the Straw – August Catchup: #5from7photo
Following on from the last post of the combine harvester working on the field at the rear of our garden, a couple of weeks later the remaining straw was baled and collected. The machinery used created the large square bales rather than the round bales that have been common for a number of years now. The collection of these was a sight to behold – an amazingly quick, slick operation. This is shown in a collection of photos shown below:
