Posterising monochrome Infra-red Views
In my efforts to create realistic looking poster print images I decided to give a few of my Infra-red images a try to see how they turn out. As with colour, some views work better than others. Here are a few results starting with a view of Biddulph Grange:
Below is a cropped version showing some of the detail:
If you look closely there is detail within the flat areas of tone.
This second set is of a view at the Dorothy Clive Garden

Finally, I am showing a panoramic view of Cannock Chase:
I think there is potential here although much depends on the original view.
