I’ve appeared on BBC Countryfile

My appearance on the BBC TV Countryfile program last Sunday (31st March) came about due to my activity as a photography volunteer for the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust on their major ‘Transforming the Trent Valley’ project. However, that fact did not appear in the finale cut, it just concentrating on the photography.

You can see the programme here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m001tvns/countryfile-trent-valley – I appear about 20 minutes in.

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to photograph the filming but here are a few photos of me taken whilst I was being filmed:

The Countryfile segment starts with me putting my boots on.
This part of the segment is me walking along the lake at Tucklesholme – the program also shows ‘over the shoulder’ view of me taking photos
Here I am at the end of the filming being asked questions – some of the answers were used earlier on.

Overall, this was an interesting experience but I doubt whether it will be repeated!
