Conservatory Plants in UV Fluorescence – a different scene

My wife, who is the gardener in our family, loves to have different arrangements of plants in our small conservatory. I have created another set of Ultra Violet fluorescence photos and blended images of this second grouping of plants. I will show these as pairs in the comparison slider:

Conservatory plants on a stand in UV fluorescence

Next I will show some example of different ways that the above two images can be blended to give, is some cases, striking results:

Conservatory plants on a stand Blend 1
Conservatory plants on a stand Blend 2

Conservatory plants on a stand Blend 3
Conservatory plants on a stand Blend 4

One thing I noticed is the different ways some of the white pots fluoresce – that is not something you would normally expect (white is white…). But similar effects happen with the foliage: Green is red, or pink, or lilac or grey!
